When I've been here everything were okay, it's on time. However, they haven't sent the result yet to my doctor on time and it's been 4 weeks more ago.

Went there at 5.45pm. They said they are closed when the sign clearly says they close at 6.00pm. The receiptionist said everyone went home and come tomorrow. Thats the only time i can come. They should put a sign saying the exact time they take the last patient. They make their own rules. Worst experience ever.

So clean and staff are friendly and attentive!! Extra shout out for my technician Ken who was caring and professional and his co-worker Amy who gave knowledgeable answers to my questions.

I had an abdominal Ultrasound and Xray and the clinic staff was amazing. The clinic is extremely clean and very nice. The Techs were both really great and explained things so well

Poor management. The manager waking around and pick up small things from the floor which is good to have clean environment. But the Neclear cardiology scanner not working properly. My mom had appointment July 18th they couldn't complit her test becouse the scanner stop working the middle of the day.and they rescedual her Aug 19th we want again the scanner stop working again they told us they scan everything .we are waiting for the results. I'm very disappointed for there service. Please maintain your equipment becouse the test of the results determn the patients life.

Would not recommend this place. I went there last week for an ultrasound and while in the waiting area, the technician that called me in also decided to let everyone else in the waiting room what i was there for. It was embarrassing and after when i asked him politely not to advertise my health to strangers, he totally ignored me. Not only did he do that but after having an ultrasound done on my belly button, he was rough and shortly after i had bleeding and it looks like he irritated a hernia that is still bleeding 4 days after and counting. Then i had to call 3 times for my results to be sent to my doctor who had to eventually step in to get them and she confirmed that my bleeding was from the ultrasound.

I've been to this clinic twice now. Both times I had an appointment, and both times I was taken in on time! I've sent my family here too and have told my friends about this place. It's clean and bright. It is such a different atmosphere compared to other clinics I've been to. It's extremely clean, the front desk staff is friendly, efficient, and easy to understand, the technicians are efficient and kind. My doctor receives test results quickly. I'm glad this place is now in my neighbourhood! I only wish they did bloodwork too.

Waiting longtime or they lost the results appointment was July 6July 17 still no results not organized I call on the 17 and they told me we don't know but if you don't ear from us call back Monday I also PAY for the results online no worthy to pay YOU DON'T GET THE RESULTS ANYWAY AND YOU'RE DOCTOR ALSO NEX TIME I WILL GO WERE MY DOCTOR REFERRED ME NO I HAVE TO ASK MY DOCTOR FOR A OTHER REFERRAL TO GET MY SON 12 YEAR OLD A OTHER TEST REALLY Disappointed OF THIS PLACE waist of time add to call my doctor for a OTHER OTHER REFERRAL now I will go get it done at the hospital I'm sure they will not loose the test I guess my son was not a emergency for them I also will also call Ontario health care to let them know so they don't charge the government for a test they lose
